Anthurium Peltigerum

Anthurium peltigerum is an extraordinary, rare anthurium species from the tropical rainforests of South America. It is characterized by its large, deep green, and shield-shaped leaves. 

Care instructions:

• Light: Bright location without direct sun.

• Substrate: Loose, well-draining, humus-rich substrate (e.g., orchid mix or aroid blend).

• Water: Keep consistently moist, avoid waterlogging.

• Humidity: At least 60%, optimally > 70%.

• Fertilization: During the growing season (spring–autumn) every 2–4 weeks with a weak houseplant fertilizer.

Origin:
Tropical rainforests of Ecuador and Colombia, where it grows epiphytically or terrestrially in moist, shady environments.

Delivered in a 10 cm pot.
