🛒 Order

How do I place an order?
Simply select the product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout – the rest is self-explanatory.

Don't want to order through the shop?
Feel free to call us, and we'll take your order personally.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?
As long as it hasn't been shipped yet, yes. Please contact us by email with your order number.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Usually 2–4 business days within Germany. International deliveries may take a little longer.

When do you ship?
We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over €75. Below that, we charge €8.90 within Germany. International orders are free for orders over €150, and below that, we charge €15.90.

Which shipping service do you use?
We ship with DHL (climate neutral).

🛍️ Can I also shop in person?

Of course! You are welcome to visit our shop to see, touch and choose your plants in person. We look forward to your visit!

What payment methods are offered?
You can pay via PayPal, credit card, Klarna (invoice & installment plan), instant bank transfer, and other options.

📦 Complaints & Transit Damage

How can I file a complaint?
You can easily file a complaint using our contact options – by email or via the contact form.

What should I do if there is transit damage?
Transit damage must be reported within 7 days – ideally directly with a photo of the damaged goods. Unfortunately, we cannot consider later complaints.

Can I exchange plants?
An exchange is unfortunately not possible – we will either send you a new plant or refund a part of the amount.

My plant doesn't look good – what should I do?
Unfortunately, this can happen. Simply send us a photo of your plant, and we will find a solution together.

🌿 General information about our plants

Plants are not products, but living beings!
They grow and change, so they may differ from the pictures.
Old leaves are shed and new ones are formed. Leaf spots, tears, or brown spots/tips may occur. Variegated areas tend to turn brown, which cannot be avoided even under optimal conditions. All these points are not a reason for complaint.
All pictures are examples, except for our young plants and cuttings. Here you will receive the plant shown in the pictures.
As we use beneficial insects, they may be present on the plants upon delivery. These are not pests!
